The owners moved into this beautiful new home near Saffron Walden, Essex, in the Summer.
A new build offers many benefits, especially having all the convenience and comfort of contemporary living that such a home provides.
This development by a premium housebuilder had a diverse range of accommodation, from two bedroom apartments to three bed detached houses in a prestigious village location surrounded by undulating countryside.
However, the interiors were, to a great extent blank canvases, free for the buyer to collaborate with the builder or allow their own imagination to reign free.
This is exactly what the young couple did, using the V&A Omar Porcelain tile , inspired by designs from Owen Jones 1856 book, The Grammar of Ornament, as the source of their inspiration!
We think it looks stunning, what do you think?
